Hello, fellow food lovers. Pacific Flake is fresh off the Winter 2019, Fancy Food Show in San Francisco. It was amazing. This year our booth was next to an Italian meat importer. They had the most delicious Country Ham I think I have ever tasted. At the end of the row, there was a European Butter and cheese importer. We made little sandwiches. It was the best.
The Fancy Food Show has vendors from all over the world. It is a wonderful experience. As a child, these were only places I read about in history books. We have now experienced some of the best foods from around the world. We love the Fancy Food Show.
We all speak the same language, the joy of food.
I get to do all this and never get on an airplane. It is truly a unique experience. Thank you Winter Fancy Food Show, see you next year.
2019, is an exciting time for Pacific Flake. We are expanding and we would like to thank everyone that believes in Pacific Flake and knows that it is the superior California Flake Sea Salt.

All of these people have caused Pacific Flake to outgrow its facility in less than two years. After the expansion is complete, Pacific Flake will be the largest private Flake Sea Salt producer in the United States.
Next few months will be busy. Pacific Flake will try to keep with the updates.
